RealFlow Terms of Service

Using RealFlow
RealFlow lets you capture voice notes, connect your Google Calendar, and manage your schedule by voice. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use RealFlow.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes and content you create in RealFlow. You give us permission to process that content (for example, sending a voice recording to a transcription service) solely to provide the app's features to you.
Calendar access
If you connect Google Calendar, you're granting RealFlow permission to read and write events on your own calendar, so it can carry out the voice commands you give it. RealFlow always shows a confirmation before making any calendar change — nothing is added, moved, or deleted without your confirmation.
No guarantee of accuracy
RealFlow uses AI models to transcribe speech and interpret voice commands. These can make mistakes. Always review a confirmation card before confirming a calendar change, and treat AI-generated note content as a draft, not a guaranteed accurate record.
Service availability
RealFlow is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may need to change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RealFlow and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed appointments or inaccurate transcriptions. Always double-check anything time-sensitive or important.
Ending your account
You can stop using RealFlow and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing ironkeyestates@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update this document and change the "last updated" date above.
